Misti "Sissy" Stokes

For 13 years you were a part of our family no matter what was going on with any of us you were a comforting companion. We are going to miss you and always will. It has been difficult to come home and you're not here to talk to and the emptiness of our home without you here is unbearable. Sissy was one of the smartest animals I had ever seen and I was completely amazed how quickly she would pick up on things. There will never be another like you. Who knew a rescue could mean so much to us. You were treated just like everyone else in the house and lived up to all the expectations and succeeded those expectations with flying colors. True fighter to the end and never showed any signs or symptoms of weakness we are so impressed with your strength. Words can't express our loss or the love we have for you.
