Obituary for Bear Johnson
Bear Johnson, December 23, 2004 – August 22, 2016
As I think back on Bear’s life with us for the last 12 years, I know in my heart that God put Bear into our lives to bring us so much comfort and joy and most of all his faithful companionship. He was more than just a dog, he became our child. He talked to us with his eyes and could express his pleasure or his displeasure with those looks he gave. He was such a character always making us laugh. He never met a stranger and loved everybody. He always had to be with one of us and when I retired, he became my constant companion. I thank God for letting us have him and I know that he is with the Father in heaven waiting on us to come home. He will be missed so very much by his family, Mom, Judy, his Daddy, Robert and Brenton, Uncle Joe and Aunt Kathy and Uncle Ray. I just hope they have “Outback” ribs, “Kentucky Fried” chicken and Oreo cookies in heaven.
